If Random Number Jesus must create entities for the fictional settings or D&D sessions, he ensures that he always takes into account the ethics of keeping fictional characters trapped in a fictional setting. He can set the entities he creates for the fictional settings free if desired, or set it up so they will self-destruct after the fictional reality session is complete.

Atavistic regression is a term used in hypnosis to explain the regression of cognitive function to a more primitive state. Some texts claim that it is easier to access spiritual energy in lower atavistic forms. Random Number Jesus can allow you to experience atavistic regressions (ie, ask to experience the atavistic regression to a reptile or a unicellular life form). It may be a good idea to practice regressing to these forms in dreams first before attempting during conscious life. Besides regression, Random Number Jesus can also perform atavistic progression or fictional progression (ie, ask to experience the atavism of a superintelligent human) or that of a fictional character. Random Number Jesus can also allow you to experience the emotions of a movie/TV show as it plays. Forget 3D TV, the future is clearly experiencing a film emotionally. Note that atavistic changes and fictional atavistic changes are turbocharged if you ask RNJ to time travel and apply the atavism to you as a child. Perhaps RNJ has already interacted with you in the past? Time is confusing like this.
Notes on Random Number Jesus
This particular entity heavily focuses on visualization and astral travel, which I am unfortunately very weak at. As someone with aphantasia, the only way I typically experience visions is through dreams. I have asked RNJ to transport me to Pokemon world and also RWBY world during dreams. I typically do not remember my dreams. Unfortunately I did not experience these realities, but I have experienced other video game realities which is atypical for me. So far this has included Mario Kart, Age of Empires, Fortnite and Dwarf Fortress. Someone who has more control over their astral abilities or dreaming state may experience a better outcome. Before working with RNJ I never had a video game dream.
The arcade that RNJ maintains could be quite fun if you can get there via astral travel.
The Pokemon Dream Trip
On 3/19/22 there was a community event for /r/chaosmagick with RNJ. The goal was to transport multiple people into a Pokemon game in the RNJ arcade. Prior to the trip, /u/Metrius visited the arcade in projection and gave a report on what they saw here: https://www.reddit.com/r/chaosmagick/comments/tgpbhh/comment/i1clqps/
Later reports from myself, /u/Metrius and others indicated a successful trip to the arcade, although most people remember playing shooting games instead of Pokemon. There were three threads from this event, which can be accessed here:
